Michael Murdock is the founder, Managing Partner and CEO of Claims Consulting Partners, LLC. He is an experienced claims consultant with over 40 years P&C industry experience. He is considered an insurance industry expert on claims technical and management issues. His experience includes roles as an adjuster, manager and Chief Claim Officer for insurance, reinsurance, risk management and third-party administrator (TPAs) firms.

Mr. Murdock has a Master’s Degree in Insurance Management from Boston University. He has authored many industry related articles such as claims best practices, technical claims handling, claims operations, reserve management, expense control and claims technology.

He has authored several books including P&C Insurance Claims Management and Claims Operations: A Practical Guide.

With his comprehensive insurance experience, Mr. Murdock has provided insurance consulting services for the insurance industry for many years on a multitude of claims technical and claims operational projects.
